The Central Agency for Organization and Administration celebrates the launch of the 20 modules training program for new civil servants as one of the main activities of the Programme's Technical Assistance (TA) to develop the system of training "in collaboration with the Support to the Association Agreement Programme (SAAP)" and the Ministry of International Cooperation in collaboration with the European Union and on Sunday, June 15, 2014
The three parties involved in the project are:
• The National Postal Services.
• Egyptian Tax Authority (The public).
• General Authority for Investment and Free Zones.
The programs include training new topics of: 1- leadership and encouragement 2 - the skills of delegation of authority 3 - Customer Service 4 - how to build a team 5 - techniques of writing reports 6 - Negotiation Skills 7 - management policy 8 - Implementation of Public Policy 9 - Conflict Management 10 - Setting Operations Planning and enabling second row managers 11 - setting goals and measuring performance 12 - Strategic Management and Planning 13 - changing management and organizational development 14 - Balanced score cards 15 - Project Management 16 - Risk Management, 17 - E-Government 18 - Media Training 19 - Anti-corruption 20 - Total Quality Management.
68 Trainers have been handed certificates of training according to the latest modern European applications and approved by the European Union so that each coach is able to provide one of the topics.
